Bitch!

As the screams rain down
I close my eyes to shut out the sound
But still the screams continue

I’m hearing the words
Never before such hate and such hurt
And still the screams continue

The beat of my heart
Keeps time as that voice tears me apart
And still the screams continue

A child cries inside
Begging to be allowed to hide
Cause still the screams continue

Then it is gone
The air is still and I’m alone
But still the screams continue

Never been more afraid
Those words keep ringing through my brain
And so the screams continue
