A reasonable amount of French (used to be fluent), some basic Spanish, some basic American Sign Language, tried learning Italian and Japanese but never got very far.

Only once, tyre blew out on an expressway in Miami, car spun a couple times.

No ambulance, but emergency room saw me for falling and hitting the back of my head once.
